Tiger Paw Academy Terms & Conditions

These Terms & Conditions outline the expectations and policies for participation in Tiger Paw Academy’s soccer programs. By enrolling a child in the Academy’s programs, parents/guardians acknowledge and agree to abide by the terms outlined below and ensure that their child follows the rules and guidelines established by the Academy.

1. Program Participation

Tiger Paw Academy provides soccer enrichment programs designed to support children’s physical development, skill growth, teamwork, confidence, and enjoyment of the game. Program schedules and locations will be communicated to parents/guardians prior to participation.

2. Code of Conduct

Tiger Paw Academy is committed to creating a positive, respectful, and encouraging environment for all players. Students and parents/guardians are expected to demonstrate respect, good sportsmanship, teamwork, and appropriate behavior at all times.

To provide the best possible learning environment, parents/guardians are asked to refrain from coaching their child from the sidelines, entering training areas, or interacting with players during sessions. Limiting distractions allows coaches to provide focused instruction and helps players get the most out of each session.

3. Attendance

Consistent attendance is important for player development and progress. Parents/guardians are responsible for ensuring that their child arrives on time and attends scheduled sessions whenever possible. Advance notice should be provided when a child is unable to attend.

4. Health and Safety

Parents/guardians confirm that their child is physically capable of participating in soccer activities and agree to notify Tiger Paw Academy of any relevant medical conditions, allergies, injuries, or other concerns that may affect participation.

Tiger Paw Academy takes reasonable precautions to provide a safe and supportive environment. However, participation in athletic activities carries inherent risks, and parents/guardians acknowledge that Tiger Paw Academy is not responsible for injuries or losses that occur during participation, except in cases of gross negligence or willful misconduct.

5. Program Changes and Termination

Tiger Paw Academy reserves the right to modify program schedules, locations, coaching assignments, or other program details when necessary. Parents/guardians will be provided reasonable notice of significant changes whenever possible.

Participation may be discontinued by either the parent/guardian or Tiger Paw Academy with appropriate written notice.

By enrolling in Tiger Paw Academy’s programs, parents/guardians acknowledge that they have reviewed, understood, and agree to these Terms & Conditions
